Kevin G. McKannan
Partner
Kevin McKannan is the founding partner of Glenloch Legal, and focuses on serving as outside counsel for small businesses in the areas of business planning, choice of entity, creation of foundational and business documents, succession planning, employment law, and several other business-related matters. Kevin also assists individuals and families with helping them create their estate plans, from a basic estate plan utilizing a will to the more advanced plan utilizing a living trust.
Kevin has been practicing as a Virginia attorney since 2009. He founded Glenloch Legal for the purposes of protecting and supporting small businesses in their endeavors to enable their businesses to thrive, as well as assisting individuals and families to help them protect their personal estates and business assets.
In addition to working with Glenloch Legal, Kevin is a past board member of the local Chamber of Commerce, a past President of the local Bar Association, and is actively involved with his community.
Kevin is also a Veteran of the Army having served as an attorney with the Judge Advocate General Corps. He deployed June 2016 through March 2017 with the 1-116 Infantry Battalion in support of Operation Enduring Freedom (Spartan Shield) as the Officer in Charge of the Camp As Sayliyah, Qatar Consolidated Legal Office, providing legal counsel to base commanders.
Kevin is married with two children. He enjoys spending time with his family, reading, working out, and pursuing outdoor activities.

thomas e. Willis II
Partner
Tom’s law practice focuses on real estate, taxation & business planning, and commercial litigation. As a full-service attorney settlement agent, he provides a one-stop shop for all your settlement and escrow real estate closing needs. He is licensed in WV, VA, MD and DC.
Tom provides his clients expert legal advice in both commercial and residential real estate transactions. Through his extensive legal and business experience, Tom works to help his clients maximize financial outcomes, mitigate tax liabilities, and enhance owner protections.
Before joining Glenloch Legal as partner, Tom worked as an international attorney in the Washington, D.C. office of the world’s largest law firm. Prior, he clerked for a Federal Judge at the U.S. Tax Court while completing his Masters in Tax Law at Georgetown University School of Law.
Tom is a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army National Guard. He has served for over 22 years in numerous countries as a Special Forces Green Beret Officer. Tom has been invited to speak on FOX BUSINESS ®, CNN ®, and i24 NEWS®.
As a founding Board Member, Tom helped establish the Rick Herrema Foundation, a non-profit to benefit military families. He currently serves two non-profits, on the Board of Directors for Katie’s Comfort House, and on the Board of Advisors for the Hunter Carlos Willis Aviation Program at Shepherd University.
Tom is married with three children. He enjoys people, reading, outdoor sports, and singing. He speaks English, French, Spanish and Russian.

HONORABLE LYNDA VAN DAVIS-GREENSTONE, JUDGE (RET.)
Of Counsel
Lynda specializes in litigation and dispute resolution. Leveraging her extensive trial and judicial experience, Lynda represents individuals, small businesses, and large companies in breach of contract disputes, negotiating new contracts and various other legal and business issues. In addition to representing her clients in legal disputes, Lynda reviews and updates the business forms used by her business clients to ensure they contain the proper language in hopes of preventing further litigation and helps her clients develop risk management plans. She is licensed in Louisiana and the District of Columbia.
Prior to joining the Glenloch family, Lynda had an extraordinary career. Lynda served as the General Counsel to a global strategic advisory and risk intelligence firm in Washington, D.C. Most notably, she served as a District Court Judge in New Orleans, Louisiana for nine years. While on the bench, Lynda resolved complex legal issues during capital murder cases, violent crimes, and narcotics cases. She also monitored the management of the courthouse’s multi-million-dollar annual budget. She led the development and implementation of the Court’s emergency response efforts during the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina in 2006. Elected at the age of 32, Lynda remains the youngest judge ever elected to the judiciary in the State of Louisiana.
After an early retirement from the bench, Lynda lived and worked abroad in Cairo, Kuwait, and Jerusalem with her daughter and husband who recently retired from the Federal Government.
Prior to being elected, Lynda worked as an Assistant United States Attorney and an Assistant District Attorney in New Orleans. Lynda also served as an Adjunct Professor at Tulane University School of Law.
Lynda received her Bachelor of Science degree from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana in 1993, and her Juris Doctorate from Indiana University School of Law in Bloomington, Indiana in 1996.
